Paul Conrathe, Chief Executive

Paul Conrathe is the CEO and proprietor of Eagle House Group. He is a Solicitor and has been recognised as one of the leading lawyers representing children with special educational needs (Legal 500). He was previously the Senior partner of Coningsbys solicitors in Croydon, South London. Most of Paul's legal work over the last 13 years has been with the parents of children with autism. He also provided regular lectures to parents to enable them to understand the provision available to them. As a result of his legal work Paul decided to set up a specialist school for children with autism. The vision of Eagle House was thus born and the first school in Mitcham opened in January 2004.

Linda Miller, Operations Director - MSc(Dist), BSc(Hons), Cert Ed, C. Psychol

Linda is a Chartered Educational Psychologist with a specialism in Autism and related disorders. With more than 25 years experience in education, she has worked closely with schools and parents providing consultation and assessment, advice on behaviour management, attendance at Special Educational Needs Tribunals and support for schools in developing policy and provision. She has had specialist training in the diagnosis of autism and related disorders. Linda has had a key role in the development of an autism policy in Redbridge Local Authority and contributed to the national Autism Good Practice Guidance.  She provides training for teachers and other professionals as well as carrying out research in the field.  As Operations Director, she is responsible for the day to day management of Eagle House Group and chairs the Eagle House Board of Governors.

Sarah Hazelwood, Group Finance Director

Sarah is a commercially astute chartered accountant who has sixteen years post qualification experience and has operated within general management for over seven years. She was the Commercial Director at a global leader in music and visuals creation and supply. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, change management and financial control. She is assisting the group in developing strong financial and administrative processes to support the expansion of its services.

Group HR Manager, Helen Wiseman

Helen has 16 years experience working in the field of HR, specialising in training and management development. She started her career in the Health Service and has worked for the Ministry of Defence. She is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has also been a tutor and assessor with the CIPD. Helen is now responsible for the HR function of the Group.

Julia Pithouse, Group Development Manager

Julia has a background in Management and Training and has 20 years experience managing a front line, multidisciplinary housing service. As a result of her own personal struggle to find services for her two autistic children, both of whom are now adults, she became involved in the field of autism some 13 years ago. She has worked extensively experience within the voluntary sector having supported many autism charities in her roles as Charity President and Trustee. She has a highly respected and nationally recognised track record as a trainer and public speaker in the field of autism. She held the posts of Training and Resources Manager and Family Services Manager with an established autism charity prior to joining Eagle House Group as Group Development Manager. Julia also currently provides parent liaison to both existing and prospective parents throughout Eagle House Group.
