Eagle House Group is a fast developing employer in the field of autistic spectrum disorders and we are keen to employ people with energy and enthusiasm to join our dynamic and growing teams. Our autism schools and residential services work to educate and support very young children through to young adults. We are more than aware that the quality of our services to our student population is very much dependent on the quality of the staff we employ.

We believe that every young person we support is an individual with their own very special and unique potential. Our job is to work collaboratively to unlock that unique potential in a caring, understanding and innovative environment.

The Multidisciplinary Team

At each site there is a multidisciplinary team responsible for all aspects of student care, well-being and development.

Each team includes Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Learning Support Assistants, Clinical and Educational Psychologists, team Leaders and Support Workers (in the residential provision) who provide a comprehensive daily educational and therapeutic programme based on the Eagle House Approach and delivered Group wide. These services are supported by a dedicated team of administrative and ancillary staff.
