Our schools and residential services work to educate and support very young children through to young adults. We are more than aware that the quality of our services to our student population is very much dependent on the quality of the staff we employ.

The Team 

At each site there is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for all aspects of student care, well-being and development.

This team includes teachers, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, learning support assistants, clinical and educational psychologists, team leaders and support workers (in the residential provision) who provide a comprehensive daily educational and therapeutic programme. These services are supported by a dedicated team of administrative and ancillary staff.
